This position offers an immediate start and is based in Melbourne, with a minimum of 2 days per week required on-site.OverviewAbout the RoleAs a Quality Analyst you will support Remediation Project Quality Assurance activities.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and quality of remediation projects, providing independent assurance that key deliverables meet regulatory obligations, business requirements, and customer fairness outcomes.You will work across multiple remediation projects, applying structured QA methodologies to validate processes, data, and artefacts.
Partnering with project managers, analysts, and quality specialists, you will provide clear, evidence-based insights that support confident decision-making and audit readiness.ResponsibilitiesDeliver independent QA reviews across remediation projects, ensuring adherence to frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory standards (RG277, Privacy Act, Consumer Law, PCI DSS).
Assess the accuracy and completeness of project artefacts, controls, methodologies, and reporting.Partner with Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and QA Specialists to validate data lineage, traceability, and customer cohering.Provide clear reporting of findings, risks, and recommendations to project teams and governance forums.Support continuous improvement by identifying systemic issues and opportunities for uplift.Maintain strong documentation, traceability, and evidence capture to ensure regulator-ready assurance.About YouTertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Quality Management or related discipline.2-4 years' Experience in a quality assurance, project assurance, compliance, or risk role.Strong knowledge of project lifecycles, governance, and assurance frameworks.Ability to interpret and apply regulatory and compliance requirements.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to assess complex data/processes.Confident communicator who can engage stakeholders and present findings in a clear, structured way.Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach.We've got your backThe special thing about Bupa is that care is at our core and will always be a part of how we operate.
