The Role:
This is an administrative position within the People & Culture team where you will ensure employee records are accurate and well-organized.
* Collect and process HR documentation across multiple locations.
* Scan, label and electronically file employee and HR-related documents with high accuracy.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information at all times.
* Follow clear instructions, apply sound judgment and complete tasks methodically.
* Use office equipment such as scanners, photocopiers and printers.
* Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team.
