* Safely operate construction equipment such as excavators, Skid Steer loaders, and forestry machinery.
* Maintain and service machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
* Collaborate with team supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Participate in site preparation, excavation, loading, and unloading materials.
* Assist in routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
* Develop strong relationships with colleagues to enhance teamwork and communication.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess proven experience operating heavy machinery or similar roles in the construction industry. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential. Excellent communication and adaptability are also required.
