Full-time, continuing position
Commencement Salary : $94,219 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
About you You have solid organisational skills that allow you to manage complex schedules and anticipate the needs of others, ensuring smooth operations and efficient time management. Your communication skills are adaptable, professional and discreet when handling sensitive matters. You are tech‑savvy and have a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
About the role Reporting to the Director of the Teaching Innovation Unit, the Unit Executive Officer provides high‑level executive, administrative and financial support to the Director and Associate Director. This position leads the coordination of key TIU initiatives, supports unit‑wide operations, and serves as the primary liaison to the Director, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful, you will need
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in a similar role, supporting senior leaders in a complex organisational environment
Proven high‑level administrative and finance support skills, with demonstrated discretion and confidentiality
Solid organisational, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Experience coordinating projects and events, with the ability to manage competing priorities under minimal supervision
Proficiency in producing high‑quality documents, reports and presentation materials, including advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
