1. Deliver world-class customer service to members.
2. Process membership renewals and event registrations, maintaining accurate and complete records in the database.
3. Provide exceptional customer service on inbound phone calls.
4. Assist the team with the execution of membership products.
5. Coordinate member experiences and events as required.
6. Provide customer service on match days, assisting members with enquiries and merchandise sales.
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.
* Ability to problem solve using effective oral communication.
* Capacity to communicate effectively and sensitively with a diverse range of people.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* A dedicated and flexible approach.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
