Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Participate in a structured 2‑year program combining hands‑on experience, formal training, and personalised mentoring
* Gain exposure to all aspects of bank operations including Call Centre, Retail Banking, Lending, Compliance, and Human Resources
* Learn to lead a high‑performing team
* Prepare for a Branch Manager or leadership position upon successful completion of the program
About You
The company is looking for:
* A degree‑qualified recent graduate or early‑career professional
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
* Experience in retail, customer service, banking, or similar environments (preferred)
* A passion for leadership and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Flexibility and enthusiasm to travel across Queensland as part of development
* Willingness to relocate when a Branch Manager role becomes available
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status
