Clinical Trial Coordinator
Latrobe Regional Hospital have exciting opportunities for suitably qualified clinical trial coordinators to join the Research Unit team on a 1-year basis with immediate start at up to 1 EFT. Potential for contract extension upon review.
Reporting to the Research Manager this role plays an important role in our Clinical trial program for the Research Unitat Latrobe Regional Hospital.
The successful applicant will need:
1. Experience in clinical research or clinical trials.
2. Advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite including word processing, data management (Excel), presentation (PowerPoint, Publisher) and Internet/Email.
3. Advanced time management and organisation skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills across multiple audiences including sponsors, clinicians and patients.
5. Ability to work independently on complex tasks or as part of an effective team.
6. Ability to discuss complex research topics with patient and/or family members in a sensitive and professional manner.
