Join the REO Team – Parts Sales Coordinator (Parts Interpreter)

Our Parts Sales team is looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our growing business!

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to use your product knowledge and customer service skills to support some of the region’s largest customers. As a Parts Interpreter, you’ll handle enquiries, coordinate dispatches, and contribute to warehouse operations – all while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Whether you bring parts interpretation experience or a strong background in customer service, this role is a great entry point to further your career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for all parts orders
* Manage outbound customer calls and follow-ups
* Interpret parts and identify availability and alternatives
* Handle customer enquiries and coordinate regular stocktakes
* Assist with warehousing tasks: picking, packing, dispatch (as needed)
* Support logistics and sales admin processes
* Maintain internal systems and product libraries
* Coordinate Parts Warranty’s
* Provide accurate information on customer orders, including tracking
* Manage both pre- and post-sale enquiries

Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience in a high-level customer service role
* Exposure to Earthmoving or Heavy Vehicles highly regarded (training provided)
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering great results
