Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Clerk to join our Finance Team. Our Finance Department plays a critical role in managing and controlling all financial operations across Lasseters, including the Casino, Hotel, Food & Beverage outlets, and the Alice Springs Convention Centre.
From payroll administration to stock and materials oversight, the team ensures accurate financial operations across the business. As an Accounts Clerk, you will support the Finance team by managing accounts payable and receivable, helping with payroll, reviewing documentation, and ensuring all financial processes are completed with accuracy, diligence, and care.
About the Role
* Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions
* Review, monitor, and reconcile financial documentation
* Assist with payroll administration and financial data entry
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial procedures
* Provide general office administration and clerical support
* Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Experience & Qualifications
* AQF Certificate III relevant qualification with two years of on-the-job training, OR
* AQF Certificate IV relevant qualification with one year of experience, OR
* Equivalent overseas qualification, OR
* Minimum three years of relevant full-time accounting experience if no qualification is held
* Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles
* Experience in office administration and working with financial systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
