**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing and entering orders & developing product knowledge
- Providing exceptional customer service with Trade customers
- Liaison with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members
- Undertaking administrative duties to assist internal and external sales team
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a protected working environment
**ABOUT YOU**
- ** Desirable** - experience in the building products or similar industry
- ** Essential** - Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- The ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships
- An eye for detail and order entry
- A high level of professional drive and motivation
- A stable record in phone or face to face customer service and/or sales
- A willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
