Principal purpose of the role:

* Our Senior Client Manager will bring a high degree of skill across client service, media planning and media buying
* They will lead 4-6 key client accounts for the agency and support senior staff across their patch
* They will be responsible for managing client communications and satisfaction, and be skilled in developing and presenting media campaigns

Dimensions:

Reports to: Account Director

* Direct Reports: Communications Executive & Account Co-ordinator
* Scope – Client Management, Media Planning and Buying

Key Responsibilities

* Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for senior clients, owning performance strategy and delivery.
* Presentations and Pitches: Assist in creating engaging and successful client presentations and pitches.
* Performance Goals: Understand and meet client income or sales targets, driving key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Professional Standards: Set high standards for client-facing work, including quarterly reviews and client interactions.
* Mentorship: Provide developmental feedback and conduct periodic reviews to mentor and grow their team.
* Tool Management: Lead and manage performance tools to ensure efficient task delegation and workload management.
* Culture Building: Foster a culture of results, innovation, and quality assurance within the company.
* Brand Representation: Represent Media Republic's values, culture, and dedication to training at industry and client events.

Skills, Experience and Education Requirements

* Education: Bachelor's degreein marketing or a relevant field.
* Experience: Over 4 years of experience in client service, media planning and media buying. Experience across FMCG, Banking & Insurance would be ideal.
* Technical Skills: Expertise in SMD, familiarity with digital buying platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360), expertise in ATL media buying methodology
* Core Skills: Client/Account Management, able to effectively plan all ATL and digital channels, problem solving.
* Personal Traits: A positive, can-do attitude, a great sense of humour, and a willingness to be part of a close-knit team.
* Additional Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical skills, reporting experience, Google certification, and an understanding of digital publishers and platforms.
