Our in-house Performance and Media team plays a crucial role in Macquarie’s retail banking business, helping reach, engage, and convert customers at scale. As a member of this team, you’ll be responsible for supporting strategic and tactical go-to-market initiatives across performance marketing channels.

What role will you play?
Your role involves co-developing and managing comprehensive campaigns across paid search, affiliates, and app stores, supporting colleagues across the marketing ecosystem to drive product consideration and customer acquisition.
You will measure campaign performance rigorously, identifying trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and optimization recommendations across multiple channels and touchpoints. This will help improve the experience and conversion through the acquisition funnel.
You will work closely with digital advertising platforms and internal Data & AI, Digital, and Technology teams. You will play a key role in identifying, prioritizing, and delivering innovations to our digital advertising program.
What you offer
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns across paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), affiliates (Canstar, Finder), app stores (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns), and programmatic media buying (DA360).
* Ability to manage large media budgets and execute campaigns to drive acquisition volume efficiently.
* Proven experience in experimentation and A/B testing: developing test-and-learn frameworks and initiatives to drive conversion (CRO).
* Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Datorama, and ThoughtSpot.
* High accountability for customer, brand, commercial, and risk outcomes, with great attention to detail.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
* Experience collaborating as part of cross-functional teams; mentoring or leadership experience is an advantage.
* Agency experience is preferred but not essential.
