Role Overview
City Wellbeing Executive Support Officer
This role provides high-level support to the City Wellbeing Directorate, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Reporting and Project Coordination: Coordinate key reporting and project updates across Council meetings, strategic initiatives, and performance reviews.
* Administrative Services: Provide full-range administrative services including purchasing, correspondence, document management, and office systems support.
* Event Management: Assist with meetings and events from scheduling and agendas to catering, travel, and minutes.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.
* Communication Support: Support communication and reporting by preparing newsletters, presentations, and directorate updates.
* Customer Service: Deliver friendly and professional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
* Executive Support: Provide diary and executive support to the Director, City Wellbeing.
* Special Projects: Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
