Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient store associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of stock items to various departments within the resort operation. You will also maintain a safe working environment, assist with inventory control, and correct stock storage.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure standard operating procedures for stores are consistently followed, including ordering, receiving, transferring, and maintaining par levels to support smooth resort operations.
* Accurately record all goods received and prepare relevant delivery documentation for processing.
* Verify consignment notes for correct quantity and weight of received goods.
* Check goods received against invoices and promptly notify the Purchasing Manager of any discrepancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A valid Open Australian Drivers Licence (with the ability to convert to NT)
* Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous experience in stores/warehouse or hospitality stock control
* Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
* Knowledge of inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
* Understanding of HACCP and food handling standards Strong commitment to high standard of customer service
