What You'll Do
* Lead projects end-to-end across consultation, design, and delivery phases
* Manage client relationships, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships
* Oversee energy efficiency and HV projects, from audits and compliance to solution deployment
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Drive innovation and efficiency, constantly challenging "business as usual"
What We're Looking For
* Experience managing electrical projects, ideally in energy efficiency or HV environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Technical knowledge of electrical systems, power quality, and compliance standards
* Proven ability to lead teams and juggle multiple projects
