Job Description
o Be the First Point of Contact for all visitors
o Answer & Direct Phone Calls
o Answer all Enquiries (Phone & Email)
o Monitor Email Inbox
o Maintain & Organise Office Supplies
o Ensure Office Presentation day-to-day
o Responsible for Management & Scheduling of Boardroom
o Support the Executive Assistant & Direct with Personal Errands & ADHOC requests
o Support other departments with filing, lodging of documents and administrative tasks
o Ability to build rapport & maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders

o Supports in maintaining an organised office & smooth daily operations
