About Williamtown
Williamtown Health Centre is located 30km north of Newcastle at RAAF Base Williamtown, Australia's premier fighter pilot training base. The base is one of the busiest in New South Wales, employing over 4500 people. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, outpatient, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, and pharmaceutical services. Standard operating hours are generally 0730-1530 Mon-Fri (depending on role requirements).
What You'll Do
* Deliver high-quality primary care to Defence members
* Occupational Medicine environment, conducting fitness-for-duty assessments and pre/post-deployment care, in addition to injury management, chronic disease management and preventative health
* Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment where patient wellness is paramount
What You Bring
* Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner
* FRACGP, FACRRM or Vocational Registration
* Minimum two years' GP experience in the last five years in a General Practice Setting
* Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
* Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance)
* Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient-centred care
