About Your New Role
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
* Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
* Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans and ensure holistic support.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
* Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of physiotherapy interventions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
* Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes.
* Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Essential Qualifications And Experience
* A Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
* Current AHPRA registration
* Valid Australian driver’s licence
Current Or Willing To Obtain
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check
