Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned brand manager to lead our Glad product line in the ANZ region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance brand equity.
Responsibilities:
* Lead with Insight: Harness consumer data and market trends to inform brand strategy and drive sustainable growth.
* Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a three-year growth plan that aligns with business metrics.
* Drive Innovation: Lead the development of new products and packaging enhancements to elevate the brand and excite consumers.
* Boost Profitability: Support cost-saving initiatives and margin improvement through revenue management and pricing strategies.
* Collaborate for Impact: Partner with sales and category teams to craft compelling growth stories that align with brand strategy.
Requirements:
* Industry Experience: Minimum 4 years of brand management experience in FMCG consumer marketing environment.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
* Strategic & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.
* Collaboration & Leadership: Experience working cross-functionally with sales, category, and innovation teams.
