We are seeking a senior leader to spearhead the development and implementation of human resources strategies, policies, and programs that drive organisational performance and foster a culture of excellence.
As part of our executive team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic HR initiatives that align with our values and practices.
* Providing expert HR advice to our leadership team and senior managers on matters related to talent management, employee relations, and organisational development.
* Leading the development of workforce plans that meet our current and future needs, ensuring we have the right people with the right skills in place to deliver business outcomes.
* Fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence across the organisation, driving employee engagement and retention.
* Developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Overseeing the delivery of HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
* Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners to achieve organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
* Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, manage conflicts, and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
* Organisational Development: Drive organisational change, improve processes, and enhance employee engagement.
* HR Operations: Oversee the delivery of HR services, including recruitment, performance management, and benefits administration.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
* Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
* Knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
