Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Architect to lead the design of complex network infrastructures and support current and future organizational needs.
This role involves analysis, development, and implementation of network and infrastructure solutions to optimize performance and reliability. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-level architectural design and hands-on operational tasks to ensure the network meets organizational and end-user requirements.
About the Position
The Infrastructure Architect will utilize various technologies, including Cisco networking equipment and protocols such as MPLS, BGP, and OSPF. They will be responsible for every phase of the network lifecycle—from initial design and architecture through to deployment and continuous optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and/or relevant experience and education combination
* Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer or similar role
* Professional certification (e.g., CCNP, CCDP)
* Solid background in network administration and architecture
* In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF)
* Familiarity with access control models and network security
* Strong analytical skills, with technical, cost analysis, and project management expertise
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
