About the Role
We are a growing Heating and Cooling Company supplying and installing Reverse Cycle, Ducted Gas, Evaporative Cooling and Split System Air Conditioners across Canberra and surrounding regions.
We're looking for labourers and duct installers, and we strongly encourage applications from country and rural areas.
No prior air conditioning experience is required – full on-the-job training is provided.
You'll work as part of a close-knit team installing heating and cooling systems in residential homes. Attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to think on your feet are important, but most of all we want people who take pride in their work and want to build a future.
Relocation Support
If you're relocating from a country or rural area, we've got you covered:
• Relocation bonus paid
• Help with getting set up in Canberra (accommodation guidance and settling-in support)
• Full training provided so you can build a trade and long-term career
What We're Looking For
The right person will:
• Be reliable, honest, and willing to learn
• Take pride in their workmanship
• Be able to work well in a team and also independently when required
• Have a strong work ethic and good attitude
Ideally you will have:
• A current Australian Driver's Licence
• Construction Induction (White) Card
• Asbestos Awareness Card
(If you don't have everything yet but are willing to obtain it, we still want to hear from you)
Experience in residential or commercial construction is a bonus, but not essential.
