We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our Perth team, managing landmark building and delivering best-in-class building operations, maintenance, and client outcomes. You will take ownership of this commercial asset, overseeing building services, contractors, compliance, and operational performance, while working with a collaborative team and partnering closely with key stakeholders.
The Opportunity
* Oversee day-to-day building operations, maintenance and asset performance
* Manage and coordinate contractors, service providers and vendors
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving complex issues proactively
* Prepare and manage budgets, capital works and financial reporting
* Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and statutory regulations
* Conduct regular site inspections and identify efficiency opportunities
About You
* Proven experience in Facilities Management / Building Operations (commercial property preferred)
* Strong background in contractor management, maintenance and building services
* Financial acumen across budgets, Capex and reporting
* Sound understanding of WHS and compliance requirements
* Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
* Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering or Property (desirable)
