— from market analysis and acquisition through to delivery and tenancy mobilisation.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the General Manager of Real Estate, you'll play a key role in supporting the development team on new SDA projects across Australia.
* Research and identify acquisition opportunities and emerging SDA markets
* Build and maintain detailed financial models and project feasibilities
* Assist in due diligence, consultant procurement, and contract administration
* Support project reporting and investor documentation
* Contribute to the successful handover of completed SDA developments
This is not a traditional analyst role — you'll be hands-on in projects, working closely with consultants, contractors, and investors while learning from some of the most respected leaders in social and community-focused property.
About You
* 2–4 years' experience in property development, investment analysis, or valuation
* Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
* A background in property, finance, or engineering
* Ideally, exposure to SDA, affordable housing, or build-to-rent sectors
