About the role
As an experienced hospital pharmacy leader, you'll step into a vibrant, forward thinking pharmacy department committed to excellence in patient care. Our teams are passionate about innovation and always looking for opportunities to enhance practice and improve the patient experience.
In this role, you will help guide an energetic and highly skilled team of around 20 pharmacists and technicians, working together to deliver on the WNSWLHD Pharmacy Service vision. Your strengths in organisation, communication, and strategic planning will ensure our workforce is supported, our resources are used effectively, and our services continue to run smoothly — including through timely, proactive recruitment.
You'll collaborate closely with the Director of Pharmacy and a group of Senior Pharmacists, all dedicated to maintaining the highest standards. Together, you will ensure our services consistently meet national standards, professional guidelines, and legislative requirements, while driving a culture of safety, growth, and innovation.
