Focus on clinical care close to home | No Manual Handling | 3 Days a week EN role Access Aged Care delivers consistent face to face GP support to aged care residents across Australia. Our nurses work on site to bridge the gap between prescribed care and delivered care, spotting issues early and keeping residents, families and care teams connected. We focus on practical clinical support, clear communication and building strong relationships that lift the standard of care in every home we partner with. You will support our visiting GP and help close the clinical gap by noticing concerns early and acting promptly. About the role Provide consistent on site support for our GPs during care reviews and follow ups Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, supported by a Nursing Regional Manager and admin staff. Build rapport with residents and families and keep everyone informed Complete notes, follow up tasks and assist with audits and incident close out Work in different environments and grow your skills across a range of settings No manual handling. Focus on clinical care and resident support What you will bring Minimum of 2 years as an EN (post graduation) within Australia, and AHPRA registration. Confident communicator with critical thinking skills Comfortable working autonomously Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to build trust quickly with residents, families and teams Keen to learn, and confident in your clinical judgement Technologically proficient - Computer skills are a must!
