Your contribution will be
* Managing the flow of information from stakeholders and prepare briefings for the Director on a variety of topics
* Assisting with stakeholder management and following up on behalf of the National Director
* Scheduling and coordinate a busy calendar and inbox, resolving diary conflicts
* Facilitating project meetings and ensure project milestones are on track
* Assisting with the preparation of compelling presentations
* Coordinating and collate content for monthly reports, including collation of submissions from various teams
Your profile ideally illustrates
* Paid experience in a similar role
* Proven success supporting Leadership, with excellent time management and project coordination skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Superior interpersonal skills, a collaborative and positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels of the business
* Strong organisational and project management skills and ability to respond flexibly to changing work demands
* Experience with or working knowledge of Saleforce CRM desirable
* Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
