About the Role
The Store Manager is a key position in driving sales and customer satisfaction. This role requires a results-orientated leader who can manage a team of Assistant Store Managers and Retail Assistants.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a high-performance selling environment that exceeds shopper expectations. You will also be expected to establish a store culture filled with passion for our brand, where team members shine as extraordinary brand ambassadors.
You will coach and manage your team to achieve commercial targets and KPI expectations. Your ability to recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams will be essential in driving business success.
In partnership with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource, you will identify and resolve any potential performance issues and policy violations. Your analytical thinking and business acumen will enable you to make informed decisions that drive positive results.

Requirements
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
* Results-orientated leadership skills, with a focus on driving sales and customer satisfaction.
* Ability to create a high-performance selling environment that exceeds shopper expectations.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organisation.
* Business acumen, with a sharp analytical mind and the ability to make informed decisions that drive positive results.
