We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team in Cowes VIC.
Bendigo Bank is currently looking for a part-time Customer Service Officer who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting customers with transactions, educating them about online platforms and recommending products that suit their needs. Key responsibilities include:

* Support customers with digital literacy and online banking needs by keeping up-to-date with constant change
* Be the face of the branch and customer service, handling transactions, queries and paperwork while maintaining risk considerations

This permanent, part-time position is located in Cowes VIC and offers a 45 hour per fortnight roster across three days from Monday to Wednesday.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to deliver exceptional customer service, having experience in a customer service environment, strong attention to detail and confidence in communication. A passion for understanding our bank's unique selling points will also be beneficial.
