Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Director, Talent & Culture to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business results and enhance the overall employee experience.

* Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
* Lead labor relations initiatives to maintain positive relationships with employees and union representatives
* Collaborate with corporate teams to design and deliver training programs that promote career growth and development
* Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 4+ years of experience in HR or talent management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including California State Law
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $165,000 - $180,000 per year, as well as:
