**About the role**:
This exciting opportunity is now available for a strategic Risk Analyst to join the Corporate Operations team of a Not for Profit, working every day to improve the lives of millions of kids & adults around the world. In this role you will work closely with the Head of Risk to oversee the risk management programme across the organisation. This includes working with researchers across the organisation (including internationally) to support them in identifying, assessing, actioning, and communicating about their risks. This helps all areas of the organisation avoid pitfalls and seize opportunities in delivering the organisation's strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- The Risk Analyst will liaise with various risk-based functions such as health and safety, cyber security, business continuity and others to help the institute gain a full understanding of the risks and opportunities and how they're being managed.
- Support the communication and reporting of these insights across the institute, including escalation to the Senior Management Team and the Board committees.
- This team member will liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders, internally and externally.
**About You**
- You will be an innovative thinker with a strong background in managing stakeholder relationships.
- You will be confident in supporting the strategic plan for risk management including continuously improving its framework and policy along with working on risk plan improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and negotiation skills and you have the ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment with time pressures.
- Experience in healthcare sector will be valuable (not mandatory)
