About the Role
1. Deliver resident care services based on individual needs, goals and preferences.
2. Provide person-centred care for residents with complex clinical needs, including wound management, diabetic management and behavioural support.
3. Evaluate assessment plans to ensure safe medication administration and disposal practices are followed.
4. Maintain effective communication with residents/participants, their representatives, carers families through respectful interactions that honour their identity culture diversity.
