**About the role**
As Marketing Coordinator, you would be in charge of marketing activities across different channels, and the production of collateral such as flyers and other materials. The role works collaboratively across our business and stakeholder groups and offers an opportunity to put all your learning into action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our range of RTO and Employment services.
- Create engaging content, such as website copy, blog posts, and marketing materials.
- Analyse marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external communications agencies.
- Collaborate with agencies to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with external web developers to maintain and update the company website.
- Track website analytics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Understand SEO best practices and work with web developers to optimise website content.
- Assist with SEM campaigns.
- Manage agency budgets and invoicing
- Support media relations activities, including press releases, media pitches, and interviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, and media outlets.
- Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives and deliver exceptional results.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Travel to various locations to attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
**About you**
- You're a confident communicator. You can engage with our course participants, business partners and people across the business, with a nose for a 'good news' story along the way.
- You can think creatively about ways to promote our courses and programs, our work and achievements, and celebrate the people and partners we deal with.
- You have a laser focus for organising and prioritising your work in a busy environment.
- Your basic graphic design skills and familiarity with programs such as Adobe Creative Suite means you can create digital and other content for a range of purposes.
- As a marketing professional, you can effectively draft and leverage content across social media, website, digital marketing and external/stakeholder communication channels.
- You understand that marketing is strategic so you can analyse, plan and report on activities to meet TAG's business objectives.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Degree qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, essentially within the RTO and Employment services sector.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates Cultural competency
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and software.
- Ability to travel as required.
