We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our Asset Management team in a key role that will focus on implementing an end-to-end asset lifecycle management process.

**Job Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Asset Lifecycle Project Manager, Business Units, and Finance Department in the implementation of the new asset lifecycle management process. This includes reviewing the current Fixed Asset Register, verifying the existence of assets, identifying and tracking all assets, and liaising with Business Unit asset managers to identify and track all assets capitalised on our books.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, able to communicate accounting concepts to non-finance staff, gather data, reconcile, problem solve, and analyse information. They will also be organised and structured, able to prioritise and manage multiple deliverables, and a team player who collaborates with team and business.
