We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Casual Retail Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Casual Retail Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day store operations. This is a flexible role with varying hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service and product advice
* Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
* Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
* Replenish stock and assist with inventory control
* Support the team to meet sales targets
* Keep the store clean, organised, and welcoming
About You:
* Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Well-presented with attention to detail
