They specialise in all the major engineering markets across Australia.Job DescriptionOn a day to day basis, you would be expected to:Oversee the engineering and design functions aligned to the companies Energy projects, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions.Lead and manage a team of advisors, engineers and designers, providing guidance and support in delivering projects to quality, on time and within budget.Achieve growth and profitability targets enabling reinvestment into the business.Lead and champion a positive culture of continuous learning and professional development ensuring a fully engaged workforce.Identify and evaluate potential opportunities for renewable and new energy projects, considering technical and commercial feasibility.The Successful ApplicantAs the successful applicant, you will have:Demonstrated ability to lead a team that delivers high-quality, stakeholder focused, and profitable business outcomes.Demonstrated ability to lead high-quality projects that prioritise the needs and expectations of stakeholders, resulting in successful project outcomes.Demonstrable achievement of sustainable growth targets, driving business expansion, and securing long-term success.Deep understanding of the importance of company culture and the ability to influence and shape it.Extensive experience in the Energy industry, demonstrating expertise and in-depth knowledge of the sector.You will be a values-driven leader, with a passion for developing high functioning teams and be recognised in the industry as a strong or emerging leader, with a strong network to leverage, attract and drive business and strategic goals.
