About Unity Housing

The organisation is seeking a new Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead during a pivotal time for social housing in the region.
Role Overview
The COO will be a key member of Unity Housing’s Executive Leadership, providing leadership to a multidisciplinary operational team. Reporting to the CEO and supporting the Board, the COO oversees property and tenancy services for an extensive portfolio, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and legislative requirements. The role emphasizes fostering a high-performance culture that values customer-centric service, operational efficiency, and innovation.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operational leadership within the social/community housing sector, managing multidisciplinary teams in complex environments, and driving positive outcomes.
