Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the Commercial Services Officer role. This position will involve coordinating internal meetings, managing trading permit inquiries, and developing registers.


Main Responsibilities

* Organize and facilitate internal meetings with various teams
* Process and respond to trading permit inquiries and applications in a timely manner
* Design and maintain accurate registers for easy reference


Key Qualifications

* Certificate in business administration, procurement, property, or contract management is preferred
* A minimum of three years' experience in administrative services, preferably in a local or state government setting
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in commercial services, property, or procurement teams
