Operations & Mobilisation Coordinator (Part-Time → Growth Role)
Become the operational backbone of a growing engineering company.
Boltprep Pty Ltd supports major mining operations across Australia and is entering a strong growth phase. We are seeking a highly capable and organised person to take ownership of mobilisation, administration, and internal coordination as the business continues to expand.
This role is suited to someone experienced who enjoys structure, responsibility, and helping build systems that support a growing company. Over time, this role has the potential to grow into a broader office/operations management position.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Coordinating mobilisation of technicians to site
* Booking travel, accommodation, and logistics
* Managing inductions, compliance, and certification tracking
* Maintaining personnel and job records
* Using Ariba, Fieldglass and client systems
* Liaising with technicians, clients and management
* Helping build internal systems and processes
* Supporting development of a scalable office/admin structure
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Strong admin, coordination, or operations background
* Experience in mining/services environment highly regarded
* Experience with Ariba/Fieldglass desirable
* Self-starter who takes ownership and improves systems
* Comfortable working in a growing business
* Calm, capable and reliable
* Looking for a long-term stable role
