Key duties and responsibilities
* Analyse and understand the department's current and future technical environments, including system dependencies and integration points.
* Translate complex technical solutions into clear, non-technical language for business stakeholders and analysts.
* Produce detailed system designs, process models, and wireframes that align with business requirements and documented epics.
* Contribute to agile and DevOps delivery models by defining features, user stories, and Product Backlog Items (PBIs).
* Collaborate with technical and accessibility specialists to support system development and ensure compliance with standards.
* Define and document non-functional and system integration requirements.
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to define high-level interface solutions.
* Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and escalate issues as needed.
* Plan and facilitate workshops to clarify requirements and present design solutions.
* Ensure documentation is clear, detailed, and suitable for consumption by development and testing teams.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure productive collaboration and timely sign-off.
* Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support project delivery.
* Perform other duties as directed.
* Proven experience as a Salesforce System Analyst within complex ICT environments.
* Strong understanding of agile delivery practices.
* Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Experience in producing detailed system designs, wireframes, and functional specifications.
