-Plan, direct, and coordinate corporate services operations, including administrative, human resources, finance, and facility management functions. -Develop and implement organisational policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks to ensure efficiency and regulatory adherence. -Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and allocate resources to optimise operational effectiveness.
-Lead and supervise staff across corporate service areas, fostering a productive and capable workforce. -Administer procurement processes, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. -Analyse organisational processes and implement improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
-Provide strategic advice and support to senior management on corporate services planning, risk management, and organisational policy development. -Monitor performance indicators, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation of corporate services activities. Qualifications & Experience
-Bachelor degree or higher qualification, or equivalent -Minimum of 1 year experience in corporate services, facilities management, or a related field -Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, budgeting, and organisational policies
