Your new role
Our Hays Mt Isa office is seeking a full-time permanent Onboarding Administrator to join our team. This role is commencing immediately.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for recent hires, including documentation, compliance checks
- Reporting responsibilities include attending monthly client meetings to provide updates and insights
- Ensure all mandatory licences, tickets, medicals, and inductions are completed and recorded prior to mobilisation
- Book and confirm site-specific inductions, safety training, and pre-employment medicals
- Uphold company and client policies related to onboarding, safety, and employment standards
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong admin and coordination skills will be highly regarded
- Experience in mining or recruitment is an advantage
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident and clear communicator
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
