As Head Bartender, you'll be the face of our Aviator Bar, building its reputation as the go-to destination in the north of Adelaide.
With your creativity and flair for cocktails, you'll craft memorable guest experiences, inspire your team, and drive beverage sales through innovation and passion.A little taste of your day to dayResponsible for the day-to-day operations of the barConsistently deliver the Crowne Plaza's "Dare to Connect" branded service philosophyCreate and serve high-quality beveragesDeliver exceptional guest service and resolve feedback within established guidelinesSupport in developing innovative cocktail menus and weekly specialsManage inventory, stock rotation, and beverage cost controlEnsure compliance with RSA and licensing requirementsSupport with restaurant services as requiredTake and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyMaintain cleanliness and appearance of the bar and surrounding areasTrain F&B Attendants, fostering a positive and high-performing team cultureWhat we need from youPrevious experience in a Restaurant and Bar as Head Bartender or BartenderBarista skills and cocktail development experience desirableA passion for food, wine, drinks and dining outYou'll know how to prepare a wide range of drinks.
Ideally with formal bartending trainingValid South Australia Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificateFlexibility – Night, weekend and public holidays are all part of the jobYou'll be on your feet most of the day with bending and kneelingSometimes you'll need to lift, push or pull big objects like barrels and crates up to 23 kgYou'll need a good grasp of reading, writing and basic mathsA great communicator, you'll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk toDisplay a commitment to our guests by consistently maintaining a high level of quality at all timesWhat you can expect from usWe give our people everything they need to succeed, and reward your hard work.
