The Role
As an Office Administrator, you will provide efficient and accurate administrative support across all areas of the business, with a strong focus on finance and accounts administration. This is a varied role that will allow you to contribute to the day-to-day success of the centre and build on your existing experience in a professional and friendly workplace.
Key responsibilities include:
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
• Preparing and assisting with bank reconciliations and financial reporting
• Data entry, purchase orders, and maintaining customer and supplier accounts
• Filing and record maintenance (both electronic and manual)
• General administration and clerical support to Management and the team
• Assisting with payroll support, invoicing, and creditor/debtor management
• Answering phones and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
You will be based at Pirtek Emerald and provided with comprehensive on-the-job training.
This role reports directly to the Centre Manager.

You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous administration experience (1–2 years preferred)
• Intermediate computer skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and document management
• An understanding of basic accounting principles and processes
• Excellent written, verbal, and numeracy skills
• The ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities
• A positive attitude and professional presentation
• Permanent Australian residency and the legal right to work in Australia
