Full time - Maintenance Plumber | Join a growing facilities maintenance business with an established client base across North Shore Sydney Vehicle provided after hours rates on top of base salary Be part of a team that will grow around you - apprentice and additional hires planned About the Role A well-established facilities maintenance company is expanding their in-house team and looking for a skilled plumber to take ownership of their residential maintenance portfolio across community housing and schools in Northern Sydney. This is real-world residential maintenance work. What You'll Be Doing Attending daily work orders across residential housing and school sites Carrying out general maintenance plumbing - blocked drains, leaking taps, TMV valves, hot water systems, gas lines, stormwater and sewer works Scoping and costing variations on site using Schedule of Rates codes Communicating clearly with the office admin team so variations can be submitted correctly to clients. Participating in an after-hours on-call roster for urgent, safety-critical callouts (24/7 contract - callouts are triaged, not for minor jobs) Logging all completed works through a mobile app What We're Looking For NSW Contractor's Plumbing License - Essential UEERL0004 - Essential for hot water system disconnect/reconnect Solid all-round residential plumbing experience — Gas, drainage, hot water, general maintenance Comfortable working in different environments Ability to scope works and apply Schedule of Rates codes accurately Strong communicator, You'll be the link between what's happening on site and the admin team Police check required What's on Offer $110,000 - $120,000 Salary depending on experience Vehicle provided and set up to suit you After hours and call out rates on top of base Standard trade hours Mon–Fri (7:00am–3:30pm), rostered weekend on-call Long-term opportunity - apprentice and team growth planned as contracts expand Work with a supportive team that will onboard you properly and build the role around you Interested?
