Our team is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who thrives on the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing.

Sales professional who can manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to close and follow-up
Eager to learn about accounting, bookkeeping & technology sectors, and flexible to contribute in other industry sectors such as freight, wholesale, retail and more

Role Requirements
Dynamic personality with entrepreneurial attitude and proven B2B sales track record
Experience creating outbound pipelines through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video outreach
Superior communication skills for discovery sessions and compelling presentations
Strong objection handling and negotiation skills to close service contracts
Self-motivated with exceptional follow-up discipline and CRM management
Proficiency with modern sales tools and Microsoft Office suite
Previous experience in professional services, SaaS, or commission-based sales preferred

What We Offer
Base Salary:$45 – $50 per hour + high ticket commissions (Part-time)
Uncapped Commission Structure:
15% on accounting service retainers (first month)
20% on bookkeeping and low-value services (first month)
Other commissions and bonuses based on performance
Flexible work arrangements with performance accountability
A mix of high-quality warm and cold leads from multiple sources including third-party platforms
Comprehensive training and proven sales processes
