We currently have 2 opportunities for full‐time early career Physiotherapists to join our Northern and Western Melbourne teams in a 12-month fixed‐term capacity (parental leave cover roles). We are open to part‐time arrangements for the right candidate (minimum 3 days per week). The possibility of these roles developing into an ongoing permanent role is present.
Job Description
We're looking for creative and confident Physiotherapist to support our clients living with:

* Spinal cord injury
* Traumatic brain injury
* MS
* MND
* PD
* Cerebral palsy
* Intellectual disability
* and other neurological conditions
We only accept clients that have a neurology component as their primary disability – if Neuro is your thing, we are your organisation.
Professional Support & Growth
* Updated support program for early career (and those wanting to transition into neuro) therapists:
o Weekly supervision with a dedicated senior therapist during your initial induction period
o Up to 1 hour per week client‐specific support with one of our Education or Passion Pathway Senior Physiotherapists so you can confidently move forward with each client taken on in your caseload
o Early career tutorial program upskilling you in the primary areas of community neuro work
o Our Nest program which is a multidisciplinary program to help you connect with peers and learn some of the non‐clinical skills needed to be successful in community work

Desired Skills and Experience
* AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
* Driver's licence

* Successful candidates are required to undertake and clear a Police Check, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screen Check
* Up‐to‐date COVID‐19 vaccination (3 doses) and willingness for annual flu vaccinations
* Experience working within the NDIS framework
* Experience working with neurological conditions
