WHAT THIS ROLE IS:
An entry-level administrative role within a high-performing boutique recruitment firm operating across the Gold Coast and South East Queensland.
This is a full-time appointment for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant who understands that strong systems and clean data are the backbone of a high-functioning recruitment business.
You will support the internal operations of the firm, ensuring candidate information, documentation, and recruitment systems are maintained with precision.
Your work will directly influence the speed, quality, and organisation of the recruitment process.
You will also gain exposure to two recruitment brands within the group, supporting recruitment administration and coordination activities across both businesses.

THE APPOINTMENT.
Our firm operates a lean, performance-driven recruitment model servicing businesses across the Gold Coast and South East Queensland region.
We focus on structured recruitment processes, strong candidate management, and disciplined operational systems.
As the business continues to grow and expand its brand portfolio, we are introducing a Junior Administrative Assistant to support internal workflow, database management, and candidate documentation.
You will work across two recruitment brands within the business, assisting with administrative support and candidate coordination functions as both brands continue to develop and grow.
This position is particularly well suited to recent school graduates or early career candidates seeking their first professional office role within a structured business environment.
You will work closely with senior team members to ensure the recruitment process runs efficiently and accurately while developing valuable workplace skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
You will be trusted to:
* Upload and maintain candidate profiles within the recruitment database.
* Format and prepare candidate CVs to professional presentation standards.
* Collect and organise compliance documentation including identification and work rights.
* Assist with reference checks and candidate file preparation.
* Confirm and coordinate candidate interview schedules.
* Maintain organised candidate records and internal documentation.
* Assist with database research and candidate sourcing lists.
* Support the Recruitment Coordinator with general administrative tasks across both recruitment brands.
Accuracy, reliability, and organisation are critical to success in this role.
