This position will see you collaborating as part of a team to support reaching the store sales targets while providing excellent customer service and undertaking other retail and administrative responsibilities.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Active lead generation by encouraging customers in the shopping centre to check their hearing health by completing a free 5-minute hearing check
- Build a rapport with new customers and enhance relationships with existing customers.
- Explain hearing results (training provided) and recommend the next steps
- Reconnecting with previous customers or new leads via phone-based communication
- Contributing to store targets and KPIs.
- Customer database administration (Basic Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Ad hoc duties as directed by the Store Manager

- A self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude
- A great communicator (both written and verbal) to support our team and customers
- An outgoing, bright and vibrant personality where you are comfortable engaging with our customers to partake in a free hearing screen
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and late-night trade
