Your Key Responsibilities
* Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants
* Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
* Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
* Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and health professionals
* Working across various schemes such as workers compensation and employer-funded programs
* Completing assessments to support treatment plans and identify suitable employment opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling
* General or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for ASORC membership
* Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded
* Excellent communication skills
* Compassion and empathy
* Strong time management skills
* Current NSW Driver's License and access to a car with comprehensive insurance.
